I’m really not satisfied with the Cannondale I got, both the product and the customer support. That's all there is to it.

Incredible online experience from beginning to end. Stumbled upon this shop after another bike retailer dropped the ball on an order that dragged on for ages. This purchase arrived lightning fast, just a few days later, and I had excellent access to tracking and updates. You can bet we’ll be coming back for more in the future! Huge thanks!

I've shopped here several times throughout the years and just recently picked up a new bike from them. The service is top-notch and straightforward from start to finish, and I've returned for some bike upgrades since then. The team is always great to work with, and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Completed my first Half Marathon distance... It was tough as nails, but I’m really happy I went for it. Feeling proud in my finishers hoodie. Big shoutout to the marshals, organizers, and all the other runners who offered tips and support before, during, and after the race. I’ll definitely be back!

Awesome course, fantastic organization, and helpful marshals. I’d definitely suggest it, and if you’re on the fence, just check out my photo on next year's registration form—yep, that's me jumping, haha! It was a warm day, challenging, but I enjoyed every second.

This was a tough and hot experience, but man, it felt SO rewarding!!! I’ve never been happier to cross that finish line, and I was really proud of myself for making it through!!! The views were stunning, and the vibe was fantastic!

I had a breakdown while riding in the heart of Cannock Chase today. My saddle just popped off the rail, can you believe it? I reached out for some assistance, and Dan really went above and beyond to help me get back on my bike. He fixed it up without asking for a dime. I tried to offer him something, but he wouldn’t take it. We ended up having a great chat about e-bike computer upgrades, and I picked up a ton of knowledge. Just so you know, I’ve been mountain biking in this area for 35 years and I’m familiar with all the local shops, but none compare to Run and Ride. If you’re after top-notch service, you won’t be let down. Huge thanks!

Had a blast at the Dirty Dozen! The event was super well organized, the location was fantastic, and the course was challenging yet clearly marked. Even the weather played nice. Big thanks to everyone who made it happen; I’ll definitely be returning next year!

Fast shipping and top-notch support. I'm really pleased with the Hope Tech 3 Shimano i Spec EV Shifter Mount. It let me pair the Hope Tech 3 brake lever with the Shimano XT shifter, keeping everything tidy on the handlebars.

Awesome event with a solid setup. It’s no shocker that we had a fantastic time at the Winter Classic. The R & R Team really knows how to throw a great event. My son participated in the Rogues category (He’s 4), and he had a blast during his first ‘race’. The duration of 10 minutes or 4 laps was just perfect for him. He’s definitely been inspired to ride his bike more.

I would suggest providing a bit more clarity on the kids' groupings among the Rogues, Storms, and Sabres. I sensed that some kids and parents were a bit confused about which group they belonged to.

That said, it didn’t take away from our overall experience, and we’ll definitely be back for more. What a great day, thank you!

Cannock Chase Dirty Dozen Race. What a fantastic event! The single track was steep and technical—so much fun, and the vibe was amazing amidst the stunning scenery. Definitely a 10 out of 10!
